In 2011, South San Francisco City Council approved the Oyster Point Specific Plan (OPSP) to allow for the development of 2.25 million square feet of Office/Life Sciences space in four phases, including new infrastructure and open space improvements, across 81 acres.
Construction will begin in October 2017 and continue for approximately two years. As called for in the OPSP, the construction will improve vital and necessary infrastructure and roadways in order to support new offices, public amenities and future commercial uses.
Phase IC is proposed to include infrastructure and open space improvements across approximately 25 acres.
During construction, vehicular access to the existing Oyster Point Boulevard will remain intact. Temporary access to the remaining Marina Area will be maintained for local tenants, the Oyster Point Marina, West Basin, Bay Trail, Ferry Terminal and Yacht Club.
